In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the bg888 Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms. bg888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any Wagers or Bonus Funds associated with them.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. You must keep this information current and notify bg888 promptly of any changes via the Account settings or by contacting [email protected].

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your bg888 Account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your Account with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account.

bg888 will never request your password through email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bg888 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify bg888 support immediately and change your password. bg888 cannot be held liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

bg888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any Account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or risk to the integrity of the Platform. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified by email. Funds held in a suspended Account will remain ring-fenced pending the outcome of the investigation, provided no fraud or material breach is established.

All deposits and withdrawals on the bg888 Platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bg888 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported payment methods. Third-party payment providers — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and partner banks — may apply their own fees independently of bg888.

Supported deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bg888 reserves the right to adjust supported payment methods and minimum/maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. bg888 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• bg888 targets a processing time of under 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Bangladesh business day.
• bg888 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of identity and proof of payment method, before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

bg888 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where a regulatory or compliance review is in progress. Players will be notified of any such action by email.

All Wagers placed on the bg888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or product category. These product-specific rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product.

Sports Betting: Wagers on cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets are settled in accordance with official results as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BPL governing board, etc.). bg888 reserves the right to void Wagers in the event of a material error in odds publication, event cancellation, or where a match is abandoned before the applicable settlement point is reached.

Live (In-Play) Betting: In-play odds are subject to rapid change and may be suspended at any time without notice. bg888 will not be responsible for any delay between the real-world event and the updating of in-play odds. Wagers placed after a material event has occurred but before the odds have been updated may be voided at bg888's discretion.

Casino & RNG Games: All casino and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators supplied by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. bg888 does not manipulate game outcomes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bg888 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all Wagers and Bonus Funds, and recovery of any funds paid out as a result of the prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identity details.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bg888 holds its operating licence.
